The Prague Convention Bureau is the official convention bureau of the city of Prague established in 2008 as a private entity for the purpose of promoting Prague internationally as a meetings and convention destination. We are a non-profit organization working alongside other Czech tourism authorities in offering a one-stop-shop service for organising a conference, meeting, seminar, exhibition or incentive event in Prague.

THE PRAGUE CONGRESS CENTER
The Prague Congress Centre is one of the largest and best-equipped congress centres in Europe with diverse spaces for the organisation of events of all kinds from large congresses, conferences, seminars, to smaller business meetings and presentations, and accompanying events such as exhibitions, medium-sized trade fairs, cultural performances and social events such as banquets and balls.
The Prague Congress Centre boasts an unrivalled location. With a metro station located directly next to the PCC, Prague’s historic centre and the main railway station are just 10 minutes away. The PCC offers stunning views over Prague’s Old Town and the Prague Castle surrounded by large city parks. The centre is also located next to the main artery road running through the central city areas providing easy access to the Czech Republic’s motorway network. Václav Havel Airport can be reached in about 35 minutes by taxi or 50 minutes by public transportation.

O2 universum is a new modern multifunctional congress and cultural centre in Prague, currently under construction due to open in 2019. O2 universum is a unique place to host various types of cultural events, congresses, ¬conferences, conventions, ¬ summits, ¬ business meetings ¬or sport events.
The new complex of O2 universum is directly linked to the O2 arena (a multi-capacity sports and cultural events venue) on all four floors, with additional space for up to 18 thousand visitors and plenty of exhibition space.
The whole complex is situated in north-eastern part of the city, reachable within 15 minutes from the city center by public transportation. A taxi ride from Václav Havel Airport takes about 35 minutes.
